Accounts Receivable Associate

You will be responsible for processing high-volume supplier invoices, credit memos, and expense reimbursements in accordance with company policy and internal controls. This includes validating invoice data, performing 2-way/3-way matching with purchase orders and receipts, and resolving discrepancies with vendors or internal stakeholders. Additionally, you will reconcile AP subledger with the general ledger, support month-end and year-end close, and assist with internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation. You will also be expected to identify and support process improvements and automation opportunities within AP, ensuring compliance with internal controls, company policies, and SOX or audit requirements. Qualifications: - Education: Associates or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred. - Experience: Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite, etc.) is highly desirable. - Skills & Competencies: - Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills. - Strong sense of urgency and accountability in meeting deadlines. - Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are required. - Ability to handle large volumes of transactions in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications. - A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams. - Must be able to work full-time during U.S. business hours (EST).
