Accounts Receivable and Payable Officer

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable and Payable professional to join our dynamic Australian accounting team.

As an Accounts Receivable and Payable specialist, you will collaborate closely with various departments to maintain smooth financial operations and contribute to the overall financial health of the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles,

Responsibilities:

Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable functions accurately and efficiently.

Process invoices and payments in a timely manner to meet financial deadlines.

Reconcile discrepancies in accounts and resolve billing issues with vendors and customers.

Perform regular audits of financial transactions to ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Prepare accurate financial reports related to receivables and payables for management review.

Monitor and manage cash flow activities, tracking incoming and outgoing payments effectively.

Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Requirements:

International Accounting knowledge is MUST.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is must.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable and payable roles.

Strong understanding of International accounting principles and financial regulations

Experience with Dynamics 365, Quickbook, Xero, Zoho, Blackline is highly desirable.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
