Hiring for Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable -

Experience 5+ years

Location : Kanzat, near Jambusar, Gujarat

Tenure : 1 year contract

Notice period : immediate to 30 days.

Invoice Processing & Payment Management

• Process high-volume invoices accurately and efficiently using ERP systems
• Review, verify, and code invoices for proper authorization and GL account allocation
• Prepare and execute payment runs including checks, ACH, and wire transfers
• Manage payment schedules to optimize cash flow while maintaining vendor relationships
• Handle complex invoice discrepancies and resolve vendor inquiries

Vendor Management

• Maintain vendor master file including setup of new vendors and updates to existing records
• Negotiate payment terms and resolve vendor disputes
• Conduct vendor statement reconciliations and manage aging reports
• Coordinate with procurement team on purchase order matching and three-way matching processes

Month-End & Financial Reporting

• Prepare month-end accruals and journal entries
• Assist with monthly and quarterly closes
• Generate and analyze AP aging reports and cash flow forecasts
• Support external audit requirements and provide necessary documentation

Process Improvement & Compliance

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOX requirements, and internal controls
• Train and mentor junior AP staff members
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and controls

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• 5-8 years of progressive accounts payable experience
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar)
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial reporting tools
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and three-way matching
