Accounts Payable & Receivable Coordinator I

We are seeking an organized and efficient Accounts Payable & Receivable Coordinator I to join our finance team in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our company's financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all accounting processes.

• Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and payment requests
• Manage accounts payable functions, including vendor payments and reconciliations
• Handle accounts receivable tasks, including invoicing, collections, and cash application
• Maintain accurate financial records and assist in month-end closing procedures
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies
• Prepare and analyze financial reports as required
• Assist in audits and respond to inquiries from vendors and internal departments
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
• Support other finance-related projects and tasks as needed

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in accounts payable and receivable, preferably in a corporate accounting environment
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and advanced Excel skills
• Strong mathematical and analytical abilities with a keen attention to detail
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines
