Accounts Payable Leader - Senior Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Global Process Owner to lead our Source to Pay team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process improvement programs and excellent communication, people management, and change management skills. This role requires a minimum of 12 years and a maximum of 17 years of relevant experience. ### Roles and Responsibility Own all design, build, and operate activities for the Non Trade Procurement solution throughout its lifecycle. Coordinate and drive decisions towards adopting and implementing standard processes to minimize deviations. Lead a team of solution managers for respective (sub)-processes and coordinate process design and optimization activities. Design and communicate a comprehensive governance framework for the solution across channels, markets, and systems. Define global policies and guidelines for Source to Pay services, data management, reporting, process management, and systems and authorization. Implement and spread end-to-end solution awareness among stakeholders and communities. Ensure that solution requirements raised by markets/functions are adequately evaluated and considered. Align major functional scoping or solution design topics with functional and GBS leadership. Drive continuous improvement and automation, and design/deliver group standard process templates. ### Job Requirements Comprehensive understanding of E2E-processes in Global Business Services with a strong focus on Source to Pay. Ability to think strategically, synthesize complex situations, and develop innovative solutions within changing environments. Excellent communication, people management, and change management skills. Complete familiarity with Microsoft Office or equivalent tools. Knowledge of ARIBA and SAP is a plus. Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in Source to Pay in a highly matrixed global organization. Minimum of 6 years of experience leading mid to large-sized teams.
