Accounts Payable Leader - Senior Manager

As a Solution Manager at EY, you will be responsible for the entire end-to-end solution of the Non Trade Procurement solution. Your key responsibilities and general accountabilities will include: - Owning all design, build & operate activities for the solution and driving harmonization - Coordinating decisions towards adoption and implementation of standard processes to minimize deviations - Leading a team of solution managers for respective processes and coordinating design & optimization activities - Designing a comprehensive governance framework and spreading solution awareness among stakeholders - Evaluating and considering solution requirements raised by markets/functions - Aligning major functional scoping or solution design topics with leadership - Driving continuous improvement, automation, and delivering group standard process templates Your knowledge, skills, and abilities will include: - Strategic thinking and ability to develop innovative solutions - Excellent communication, people management, and change management skills - Guiding teams in a trustful and proficient manner - Familiarity with Microsoft Office or equivalent tools - Knowledge of ARIBA and SAP would be a plus The required education and experience for this role are: - University degree or equivalent experience, preferably in accounting or business - Minimum of 6 years of experience in leading mid to large sized teams - Strong experience in process improvement programs Join EY to be a part of building a better working world, where diverse teams in over 150 countries provide trust through assurance and help clients grow, transform, and operate.
