As a part of the team at Housr, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial integrity and compliance of luxury-managed accommodation services. Your responsibilities will include: - Reviewing and processing vendor invoices - Ensuring accurate vendor master data - Maintaining knowledge of IND AS - Overseeing GST and TDS compliance - Preparing data for audits - Supporting financial reporting - Optimizing processes through ERP systems - Providing leadership to junior team members Your key responsibilities will involve: - Reviewing and processing vendor invoices in compliance with proper documentation and PO matching - Maintaining accurate vendor master data, including bank details, GSTIN, and PAN - Ensuring proper documentation related to lease agreements, TDS applicability, and GST compliance - Validating GST input credit against vendor invoices - Tracking and reconciling GST input vs output - Coordinating with consultants/auditors for GST returns Furthermore, you will be responsible for: - Preparing monthly schedules for GST, TDS, and expense ledgers - Assisting in audits by providing financial data and reconciliations - Preparing detailed reports for audit queries - Assisting in the finalization of financial statements - Sharing periodic reports with management - Ensuring accurate data capture and reporting through ERP systems like Zoho Books or Tally Your role will also involve leading and mentoring junior team members in AP, compliance, and data preparation functions. You will be required to liaise with internal teams and external consultants for timely issue resolution. To be successful in this role, you should possess a Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance qualification and have hands-on experience with ERP systems like Zoho Books, Tally, or SAP. Your attention to detail, knowledge of financial regulations, and ability to work effectively within a team will be critical for ensuring the financial integrity and compliance of luxury-managed accommodation services at Housr.,
