Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Accounts Payable Executive to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience and be responsible for managing accounts payable processes, ensuring timely payments to vendors, and maintaining accurate records.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and process accounts payable invoices accurately and efficiently.
Ensure timely payment to vendors and maintain good relationships with them.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions.
Verify invoices against purchase orders or contracts to ensure accuracy.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
Implement and maintain effective accounting procedures and policies.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other accounting software.
