Accounts Payable Executive

Job Title: Accounts Payable Associate Location: Panchkula, IT Park Job Type: Full Time Schedule : Fixed Night Shift (5:30pm to 2:30am), Monday to Friday Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Associate to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of accounting principles, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities. This role is essential in ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, payments, and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors. Key Responsibilities: Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner Match purchase orders, invoices, and receipts to ensure proper documentation Verify and reconcile discrepancies on invoices or payment records Prepare and process electronic transfers, checks, and other forms of payment Maintain up-to-date records of accounts payable transactions Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve invoice or payment issues Assist in month-end closing by ensuring all payables are accounted for Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures Support audits by providing required documentation Basic Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field is a plus) Basic accounting knowledge and understanding of accounts payable processes Good communication skills – both written and verbal Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and accounting software Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule: Fixed shift Monday to Friday Night shift US shift Ability to commute/relocate: Panchkula, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
