Accounts Payable Executive

Job Description for Accounts Payable : Excellent Excel skills and Sap Knowledge, Immediate Joinee.

Raising Debit notes

Making payments and passing payment entries

DD processing & Cancellation,

Interacting with bank for payment rejection,

DD Upload and its courier

Passing payment entries for, NPS, PT, PF, Salary, Customs, Foreign Remittance etc

Providing UTR details to users

Check for rejections and pass return entry and inform concerned Team and users

Recording entries in Active digitalMaintaining a tracker and folder for active digital

Confirming TDS rate with Tax before booking and payment

Sending invoices booked to Tax (GST and TDS)

Sending bank statement, invoices and detail of invoices to process owners

Msme paymnets and Tracker -

Run the AlgorithmPassing scrap income entries in respective banks after confirmation from user.

Calculation and payment of employee reimbursement

Credit Card payment, reconciliation and clearing.

Cash flow payments

Reply to employees for queries regarding their payment or account blocking

Clearing of employee open item after advance recovery etc

Providing employee exit clearance data on HR portal

Consultant profile creation in Quest2Travel Portal - Management Trainees/ Executive trainees/ Industrial trainees/ Consultants/ New joinees

Providing recovery data to payroll team for F&F employees

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Accounting payable, Excel, Sap knowledge: 2 years (Preferred)
