Accounts Payable Associate

As a candidate applying for the position, you will be responsible for the following: Role Overview: - You will process invoices accurately and efficiently according to company policies. - Data entry and coding of invoices will be performed by you, ensuring correct allocation of expenses. - You will review invoice discrepancies, collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders for timely resolution. - Reconciling vendor statements and maintaining accurate vendor master data will also be part of your responsibilities. - Assistance in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation will be expected. - Ad-hoc projects and initiatives assigned by management will also be managed by you. Key Responsibilities: - Process invoices accurately and efficiently in accordance with company policies and procedures. - Perform data entry and coding of invoices, ensuring accurate allocation of expenses to the appropriate accounts and cost centers. - Review invoice discrepancies and issues and collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve them in a timely manner. - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or outstanding items. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor master data, including vendor setup and maintenance. - Provide support for internal and external audits by gathering and providing supporting documentation as needed. - Assist with ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by management. Qualifications: - Fluent English proficiency is required. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software, with experience in SAP preferred. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy is necessary, along with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for collaborative work. - Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment. - Familiarity with accounting principles and practices is preferred. - Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies. - A Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred.,
