Accounts Payable Analyst

As a Finance professional at Cummins Inc., you will be responsible for working in the US time shift from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM. Your key responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with stakeholders and developing partnerships to drive performance aligned with organizational goals and strategies - Influencing the organization by demonstrating business knowledge to guide decision-making and achieve positive results - Evaluating the business environment to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities - Interpreting financial data to provide insight to stakeholders and drive business improvement - Analyzing trends, variances, opportunities, and risks to communicate financial impact - Ensuring integrity of financial data by investigating variances and determining corrective actions You will also be expected to have a college, university, or equivalent degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related subject. Preferred experience in a captive shared services environment, identifying process gaps, driving standardization and simplification of AP processes, and hands-on experience with vendor partners and stakeholder reviews are desired. Your skills and competencies should include being action-oriented, customer-focused, adept at business partnering, possessing general ledger knowledge, and managing complexity.
