Strong knowledge of MS Office

Responsibilities
Lead daily, monthly, and annual AP processes.
Monitor aged AP activities and ensure SLA adherence.
Resolve escalations and manage client interactions.
Prepare month-end reports and ensure accurate close.
Drive continuous improvement and mentor team members.
