Job Description: The role involves managing all financial operations of the company, ensuring compliance with government regulations, and providing strategic financial insights. Here are some of the core responsibilities: ACCOUNTS: Daily Entry of Cash out & Cash in Tally & Accounting Software, Accounting Functions, such as accounts payable and receivable. ACCOUNTS: Daily Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and registers. Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring they are timely and accurate ACCOUNTS: Assist the CA with GST compliance, preparing GST returns and ensuring adherence to GST regulations. OPERATIONS: Preparation of Attendance, Must Roll, Pay Roll & HRMS OPERATIONS: Develop, implement, and manage the company's compliance programs and policies such as EPFO, ESIC and Labor Laws as required by the Client. OPERATIONS: Prepare & Maintain detailed and accurate tender proposals, ensuring compliance with tender requirements for entire bidding process, from identifying opportunities to submitting bids after Analyzing tender documents, evaluate risks, and determine the feasibility of bidding, Tracking of Tenders (Both Offline, Online, e-Tender Portal, GeM - Government - E – Marketplace) and Preparation of Quotation or Necessary Documentation as required by Tender. Technical Proficiency: ·       MS Office (Excel/Word/PPT) ·       Accounting Software (Tally Prime) Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a small accounting team. This role requires a blend of technical skills, strategic thinking, and leadership capabilities to manage the company's financial health effectively.
