Job Description

As a Purchase Order Coordinator, your main role will involve receiving, reviewing, and organizing Purchase Orders from buyers. In addition, you will be responsible for coordinating with merchandisers to update shipment status (successful / delayed / cancelled) and consolidating all successful shipments to prepare a single monthly invoice in Zoho Books. Your day-to-day tasks will also include maintaining Excel trackers for POs, shipments, and monthly reconciliations, as well as supporting basic accounting tasks to ensure data accuracy. Key Responsibilities: - Receive, review, and organize Purchase Orders from buyers - Coordinate with merchandisers and update shipment status - Consolidate successful shipments and prepare monthly invoices in Zoho Books - Maintain Excel trackers for POs, shipments, and reconciliations - Support basic accounting tasks to ensure data accuracy Qualifications Required: - Strong Excel proficiency, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data cleaning - Experience with Zoho Books or similar accounting software - Ability to manage PO workflows and shipment-based operations - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Please note that the ideal candidate for this role should have a B.Com or M.Com qualification.,
