Accounts Officer

Role Overview: As an Accountant at Wiser Foods, located in Kalkaji, New Delhi, India, your role will involve maintaining daily records of purchases, sales, and inventory using Tally or relevant software. You will be responsible for preparing and filing GST, TDS, and other statutory returns on time, as well as preparing financial reports, profit & loss statements, and balance sheets. Additionally, you will need to coordinate with vendors, customers, and logistics partners for smooth billing, ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards, and assist in internal and external audits. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain daily records of purchases, sales, and inventory using Tally or relevant software - Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns on time - Prepare financial reports, profit & loss statements, and balance sheets - Coordinate with vendors, customers, and logistics partners for smooth billing - Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards - Assist in internal and external audits Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Accounting, Commerce, or related field - 2-4 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in FMCG/logistics sector) - Proficiency in Tally ERP, Excel, and MS Office - Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and other Indian tax laws - Strong attention to detail and time management skills Additional Details: Please note that this is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, and the work location is in person.
