Job Title: Accounts Manager

Experience: 5 to 10 Years

Salary Range: ₹20 to ₹25 Lakhs per Annum (or specify your currency)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Manager with 5 to 10 years of experience to oversee the financial operations of the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the accounting team, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, preparing financial reports, and supporting strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
  • Prepare accurate financial statements, reports, and forecasts for management.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory laws, tax regulations, and internal controls.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required.
  • Supervise and mentor the accounting team to ensure high performance.
  • Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support budgeting and financial planning.
  • Handle GST, TDS, and other tax-related matters accurately and timely.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA/CPA/MBA preferred).
  • 5 to 10 years of relevant accounting and financial management experience.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
