Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Account Assistant to support our finance and accounting team. The Eligible candidate will assist with daily financial tasks, including maintaining records, processing invoices, preparing financial reports, and performing general accounting duties to ensure the company’s financial operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports
• Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely and accurate manner
• Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date ledgers and accounts
• Handle petty cash and maintain petty cash records
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting
• Provide administrative support to the finance department
• Respond to internal and external finance-related queries
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proven experience as an accounts assistant or similar role (preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Salary Range: 17000 to 18000

Working Hours: 9 AM – 5 .30 PM, Monday to Saturday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
