About the Role
We are looking for a responsible and detail-focused Accounts Manager who can manage our financial operations with honesty, clarity, and a positive attitude.
The role requires someone who enjoys working with numbers, guiding a team, and maintaining smooth and transparent accounts.

Key Responsibilities
· Handle day-to-day accounting operations, ledger updates, and bank reconciliations.
· Prepare monthly and annual financial statements with accuracy.
· Manage GST, TDS, and all statutory compliance timelines.
· Oversee accounts payable/receivable and vendor reconciliations.
· Monitor budgeting, cash flow, and overall expense control.
· Support internal audits and maintain error-free records.
· Lead and support junior accounting staff.
· Coordinate with banks, auditors, and external agencies.

Skills & Competencies
· Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, TDS & compliance.
· Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.· Excellent attention to detail, communication, and analytical ability.
· Leadership qualities with the ability to guide a small team.

Experience:
Must have at least 8–10 years in Accounts.

Qualification
B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance).CA-Inter preferred.
