As an Accounts Manager at the organization, you will be responsible for leading the accounting operations and supporting the strategic financial management. Your deep knowledge in accounting practices, financial compliance, taxation, and team leadership will play a crucial role in the success of this position. Key Responsibilities: - Lead day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger and accounts - Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and MIS for management - Oversee compliance with statutory requirements like GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC filings - Ensure timely finalization of accounts and coordinate with external auditors for audits - Supervise and mentor the accounts team to ensure efficient workflow and timely deliverables - Monitor cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and working capital - Coordinate with business units/subsidiaries for consolidating group financials and inter-company reconciliations - Ensure accuracy and integrity of accounting records and internal controls - Implement process improvements and automation for efficient financial operations Qualification Required: - CA Inter or Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant, or masters degree in commerce/finance - Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in accounting and financial management - Thorough understanding of Indian Accounting Standards, Companies Act, GST, TDS, and Income Tax - Proficient in accounting software such as Tally ERP, Zoho Books, or SAP - Strong command over MS Excel for reporting, analysis, and dashboards - Proven ability to handle audits, compliance, and internal controls independently - Excellent communication and leadership skills The company offers a dynamic work environment with growth and learning opportunities, exposure to diverse financial operations across group companies and sectors, and a supportive team culture for professional development.
