About the Role: We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to handle the day-to-day accounts of our company. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth financial operations. This is a hands-on role in a small business environment, so flexibility and teamwork are important.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.

• Prepare simple, accurate financial reports and statements.

• Manage cash flow, budgets, and basic forecasts.

• Ensure timely submission of tax filings and other compliance requirements.

• Coordinate with external parties such as auditors, banks, and vendors.

• Use Zoho Books or similar accounting software for all financial records (Zoho preferred).

• Support management with financial insights to aid decision-making.

Requirements:

• Graduate or Postgraduate in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in accounting (experience in small businesses is a plus).

• CA background or semi qualified CA preferred

• Strong knowledge of accounting basics and tax compliance.

• Proficiency in accounting software (Zoho preferred).

• Good working knowledge of Excel.

• Fluency in English is a must (both written and spoken).

• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹47,000.00 per month
