Job Description

Accounts Manager & Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly
Manage inter-company accounting, including transaction recording, reconciliation, and elimination entries
Handle TDS deduction, payment, and filing of returns within statutory deadlines
Ensure accurate GST input credit reconciliation, return filing, and compliance
Oversee all statutory payments (TDS, GST, EPF, ESI, PT, etc.)
Ensure timely and accurate payment of TDS, and filing of TDS returns as per statutory deadlines
Lead the monthly and year-end closing process in coordination with internal and external stakeholders
Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts, and conduct detailed variance analysis
Ensure adherence to accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities for audits and compliance matters
Line up vendor payments based on due dates, approvals, and cash flow position
Perform vendor ledger reconciliations and ensure accurate posting of invoices and credit notes
Conduct periodic vendor balance confirmations and resolve discrepancies with suppliers
Ensure strong internal financial controls and adherence to accounting standards and company policies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month

Education:

Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

Accounting: 3 years (Required)
Tally ERP, QuickBooks, and MS Office (especially Excel): 1 year (Required)
