Job Description

As an Accounts & Logistic Executive at LuxurionWorld.com, you will play a pivotal role in managing the financial and operational aspects of our business. You will be responsible for handling accounts, logistics, and coordinating with various teams to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize advanced Excel skills to maintain accurate financial records and generate reports for analysis.
  • Proficiently use Tally software for invoicing, payments, and reconciliation.
  • Efficiently handle logistics and coordinate with vendors for timely deliveries.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure streamlined operations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the sales team for stock replenishment.
  • Analyze data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency in the supply chain.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
