• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments
• Assist in reconciling bank statements and financial data
• Generate financial reports and assist in budget preparation
• Support the team in day-to-day accounting tasks
• Utilize MS Office and Excel to analyze data and create spreadsheets
• Communicate effectively in written and spoken English with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders
