Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain

  daily bookkeeping

  of sales and expenses for all 3 outlets across India.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions in accounting software or spreadsheets.
• Reconcile receipts, payments, and petty cash records.
• Prepare

  monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements

  and basic financial summaries.
• Support in financial reporting, budget tracking, and audit preparation.
• Assist the Accounts/Finance team with other relevant duties as required.

Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed a

  Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance

  .
• Basic understanding of

  bookkeeping and accounting principles

  .
• Proficiency in

  MS Excel/Google Sheets.

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a

  hybrid work environment

  .
