Job Title: Accounts Intern

Duration:3 Months / 6 Months Internship

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Intern to assist our finance department in managing day-to-day accounting tasks. This internship is a great opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain practical experience in accounting operations and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining financial records and ensuring proper documentation.
• Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
• Support in preparing invoices, bills, and expense vouchers.
• Assist with bank reconciliations and ledger maintenance.
• Help with GST filing and TDS tracking under supervision.
• Support the team in monthly closings and audits.
• Organize and maintain digital and physical financial records.
• Work on Excel spreadsheets and accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks).
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Eligibility Criteria:

• B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance) or pursuing the same.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and MS Excel.
• Familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
