Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on skills & experience)
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

About Us

Vishal Foods is a growing food company based in Mulund West, Mumbai. We are looking for a reliable and experienced Accounts Executive who can manage end-to-end accounting independently. The role requires ownership of the entire accounts function, from daily transactions to compliance and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Accounts (Payables, Receivables, Banking, Compliance).
• Record and maintain all daily financial transactions – sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments.
• Handle vendor payments, customer collections, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and reconcile bank accounts regularly.
• Generate financial reports – Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow statements.
• Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, and statutory requirements.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation for audit and financial reviews.
• Work on Prime Accounting Software (simpler than Tally) for all entries and reports.

Requirements

• Graduate in Accounting / Finance (B.Com or equivalent).
• Minimum 2–3 years of independent accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Prime Accounting Software (knowledge of Tally is an added advantage).
• Good working knowledge of Excel, Email communication, and computer use.
• Ability to independently manage complete accounts function in a small company setup.
• Strong analytical, reconciliation, and documentation skills.
• Preference for candidates looking for a stable, long-term role.
• Candidates residing near Mulund / Thane / Bhandup will be preferred.
