Accounts Executive

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents accurately and efficiently.
• Reconcile financial statements and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of internal controls.
• Collaborate with the finance team to support financial audits and compliance efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience in an accounting or finance role, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software, Tally and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
