Accounts Executive (Tally Data Entry)

Job Title: Accountants Executive

Job Summary: Accounts Executive is responsible for accurately entering and maintaining financial data and records using Tally prime latest software. This role involves meticulous data entry, reconciling accounts, generating financial reports, and assisting in other accounting and bookkeeping tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Entry: Accurately enter financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, expenses, and journal entries into Tally ERP software.

2. Account Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.

3. Generating Reports: Generate financial reports such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements using Tally Prime latest version.

4. Maintaining Ledger: Maintain ledgers and sub-ledgers for various accounts, including accounts receivable and accounts payable.

5. Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements with Tally records to ensure that bank transactions match financial records.

6. Tax Compliance: Assist in the preparation of tax returns, including GST, VAT, or other applicable taxes, and ensure compliance with tax regulations.

7. Data Accuracy: Ensure data accuracy and integrity by verifying and cross-checking entries.

8. Documentation: Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documents.

9. Communication: Collaborate with other team members, accountants, and finance professionals to provide accurate financial information as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in accounting or finance is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Tally Data Entry Operator or similar role.
• Proficiency in Tally Prime latest version or other relevant versions.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in using MS Excel and other office software.
• Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance (optional but beneficial).
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
