Accounts Executive

As an Accounts Executive at Syscon Wires, you will play a crucial role in the financial management of the company. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting detailed financial analysis, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Providing insights into financial trends and performance to aid in decision-making. - Collaborating with management to prepare budgets and forecasts. Monitoring budget performance, identifying variances, and recommending corrective actions. - Managing and maintaining a comprehensive costing master to ensure accurate cost allocation and pricing for products or services. - Implementing and enforcing accounting controls and processes to ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and applicable accounting standards. - Utilizing advanced Excel skills to perform complex financial calculations, data manipulation, and modeling. - Ensuring meticulous documentation of financial transactions, reports, and other financial records for audits and reviews. - Collaborating with other departments to gather financial data, support their financial needs, and provide insights for cross-functional decision-making. - Generating regular financial reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators and financial metrics. - Supervising and mentoring CA Interns, guiding them in their roles, providing training, and fostering professional development. - Identifying opportunities to streamline financial processes, increase efficiency, and enhance overall financial performance. Skills required for this role include: - Good Communication - Strategic Thinking - Leadership and Team management - Problem-solving - System-oriented - Presentation skills - Negotiation Skills Qualifications: - B.Com/CA Inter with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting roles. - Strong email communication and Excel skills, with the ability to handle complex financial calculations and data analysis. - Excellent documentation skills, ensuring accurate and organized record-keeping. - Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management. - Knowledge of accounting controls, compliance, and financial reporting standards.
