Accounts Executive

Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Accounts Executive to join our team a leading real estate company in Hubli. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling accounting tasks and statutory compliance. Immediate joiners are highly preferred. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including entries, ledgers, and reconciliations. Oversee accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and bank transactions. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, etc. Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss accounts. Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts. Coordinate with internal and external auditors as needed. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and payments. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field. 2+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in the real estate industry. Strong knowledge of statutory compliances like GST, TDS, etc. Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Excel, etc.). Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Immediate availability is highly preferred.
