Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Executive to promote and sell our real estate properties. The ideal candidate will generate leads, provide clients with accurate property information, arrange site visits, and close deals to meet the company’s sales targets.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and real estate agents.
Generate leads through networking, digital marketing campaigns, cold calling, and field visits.
Present company properties to potential buyers and provide accurate information on pricing, features, financing options, and legal requirements.
Conduct regular site visits and property tours with clients to help them make informed decisions.
Assist clients in the entire sales process, including negotiation, paperwork, registration, and after-sale services.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market, local property rates, and competitor offerings.
Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
Prepare periodic sales reports, track sales progress, and submit them to management.
Participate in company events, promotions, and marketing activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
