Job Title: Office Boy Location: Hubli Job Type: Full-Time Job Description: We are looking for a reliable and responsible Office Boy to support the daily operations of our real estate business. The ideal candidate will handle general office tasks and errands, including assisting with documentation and procedures at the registration office. Key Responsibilities: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office premises. Serve refreshments to staff and visitors. Handle office errands, including delivery and collection of documents. Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents. Visit the registration office to assist with property registration, submission of documents, and other related tasks. Coordinate with team members to ensure timely and accurate document submission. Maintain a record of documents dispatched and collected. Perform additional tasks as assigned by the management. Qualifications and Skills: Minimum educational qualification: SSLC (10th Pass). Familiarity with local areas in Hubli is an advantage. Basic knowledge of property registration processes is a plus (training will be provided). Punctual, polite, and well-organized. Ability to handle confidential documents responsibly. Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Accounts Executive to join our team a leading real estate company in Hubli. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling accounting tasks and statutory compliance. Immediate joiners are highly preferred. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including entries, ledgers, and reconciliations. Oversee accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and bank transactions. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, etc. Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss accounts. Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts. Coordinate with internal and external auditors as needed. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and payments. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field. 2+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in the real estate industry. Strong knowledge of statutory compliances like GST, TDS, etc. Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Excel, etc.). Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Immediate availability is highly preferred.
