Job Title: Office Boy Location: Hubli Job Type: Full-Time Job Description: We are looking for a reliable and responsible Office Boy to support the daily operations of our real estate business. The ideal candidate will handle general office tasks and errands, including assisting with documentation and procedures at the registration office. Key Responsibilities: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office premises. Serve refreshments to staff and visitors. Handle office errands, including delivery and collection of documents. Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents. Visit the registration office to assist with property registration, submission of documents, and other related tasks. Coordinate with team members to ensure timely and accurate document submission. Maintain a record of documents dispatched and collected. Perform additional tasks as assigned by the management. Qualifications and Skills: Minimum educational qualification: SSLC (10th Pass). Familiarity with local areas in Hubli is an advantage. Basic knowledge of property registration processes is a plus (training will be provided). Punctual, polite, and well-organized. Ability to handle confidential documents responsibly.
