Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and manage accounts payable and receivables with high accuracy and timeliness. Update and maintain accounting software, ensuring accurate recording of all financial transactions. Maintain comprehensive books of accounts, ledgers, and balance sheets according to accounting standards. Prepare detailed accounts statements and financial reports for management review. Develop and maintain Profit Loss statements. Handle bank reconciliation, process statutory payments, and manage various payment processes including salaries, incentives, and cash transactions. Collaborate with sales and CRM departments for outstanding payment collection, recovery processes, and balance cancellation procedures. Execute additional tasks as assigned by management with efficiency and accuracy. Manage budget allocation, monitor fund flow, and conduct cost analysis. Maintain and update Management Information System (MIS) records. Prepare and submit comprehensive monthly reports to management.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field. 2+ years of experience in accounting roles, preferably in the real estate sector. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in accounting software and financial management systems.

Excellent analytical and mathematical skills with strong attention to detail. Superior organizational abilities and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication capabilities. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines.
