Accounts Executive

Job SummaryThe Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting compliance with statutory requirements. The role requires strong attention to detail, basic accounting knowledge, and the ability to work with accounting software. Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain books of accounts including sales, purchase, cash, and bank entries Prepare and post journal entries Handle accounts payable and receivable Reconcile bank statements and ledgers Prepare monthly financial reports Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory filings Maintain invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents Coordinate with vendors, customers, and auditors Support month-end and year-end closing Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards Requirements & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance (freshers may apply) Knowledge of Tally, Busy, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and Indian taxation Proficiency in MS Excel Good communication and organizational skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Preferred SkillsExperience in retail / hospitality / manufacturing accounting Ability to multitask and meet deadlines Problem-solving and analytical skills
