As a Laravel Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products. Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage and maintain our company's financial transactions related to incoming payments. The ideal candidate will ensure the timely collection of outstanding invoices, maintain accurate financial records, and support overall cash flow management. Key Responsibilities: Generate and issue invoices to customers accurately and in a timely manner. Monitor customer accounts for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities. Follow up on outstanding payments via phone, email, or written correspondence. Process incoming payments and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy. Maintain detailed records of all collection efforts and communications. Resolve customer disputes and discrepancies by working closely with internal teams. Prepare and analyze aging reports to track overdue accounts. Assist in month-end closing by preparing reports and reconciling accounts receivable balances. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations. Support audits by providing necessary documentation and reports. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in accounts receivable, billing, or collections. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial reporting tools. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a similar industry or corporate finance setting. Familiarity with ERP systems and automated invoicing tools. Understanding of sales tax regulations and compliance requirements.
