Accounts Executive

We are looking for accountant to manage all financial transactions, from fixed payment,variable payments,bank deposits and budgets . Accountant responsibilities include auditing financial documents and procedure, reconciling bank statements and calculating tax payments and returns. To be successful in this role you should have prior experience in book keeping and flair for spotting numerical mistakes. Most importantly you will provide us with accurate quantitative information on financial position,liquidity and cash flows of our business, while ensuring we are compliant with all tax regulations. Responsibilities include: Manage all Accounting transactions Prepare Budget forecasts Provide Financial Statements on time to all stake holders Handle monthly,quarterly and annual closings Reconcile Accounts payable and receivables Ensure timely Bank Statements Compute Taxes and Prepare Tax-returns Manage Balance sheet and profit and loss account Report company’s Financial Health and liquidity Audit financial transactions and documents Reinforce Financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary Comply with Financial polices and regulations. Requirement and Skills Work Experience as Accountant Excellent Knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures including GAAP Hands on experience in accounting software tally Advanced MS office skills Experience with General Ledger function Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills Accounting Degree, Masters in Accounting and relevant degrees Additional Certification in Accounting subjects will be a plus
