With over 5 years of experience and a strong market reputation, we are now hiring a sharp and trustworthy Accounts Executive to manage our financial operations. 🎯 Key Responsibilities: Handle daily billing, purchase orders (PO), and proforma invoices (PI) Maintain GST-compliant sales & purchase entries Reconcile bank statements and handle online transactions Coordinate with clients for payment follow-ups Track ledger books and maintain vendor/client balances Support in financial reporting and documentation Assist Office Manager in filing and admin finance tasks ✅ Required Skills: Proficient in Tally ERP / Zoho Books / MS Excel Knowledge of GST, bank reconciliation, invoice management Strong understanding of purchase/sales process Good communication (Marathi, Hindi, basic English) Highly organized and trustworthy with confidential data 🎓 Qualifications & Experience: Graduate (B.Com / M.Com / BBA preferred) 1–3 years of accounting experience Prior experience in a trading, construction, or scrap-related company is a bonus 💰 Salary & Incentives: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month (based on skills & experience) Monthly performance-based bonus up to ₹2,000 Paid leave, festival bonus, and professional work environment 📞 How to Apply: Apply directly via Apna or WhatsApp your CV to: +919372945157 📅 Interviews available this week.
