Job Description

Walk-in Interview Date: 28th october -30th October 2025

We are looking for Accounts Executive who will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, assisting in day-to-day accounting activities, processing invoices, and supporting month-end closing. ONLY MALES required Immediate joiner will only be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process
Process accounts payable and receivable, Preparing reports for management.
Handling student's fees collection, dee reconciliation, MIS & other fees related reports.
Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies accounting entries independently.
Checking and Updating payroll accounts, Reconciling accounts
Managing financial records, Preparing financial statements
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements
Coordinate with auditors and provide required documentation

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
Minimum 4-10 years of experience in a similar accounting role in Education Sector.
Working knowledge of accounting software (Tally)
Good understanding of accounting principles and taxation
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Excel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
