Job Objective:

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and record all material transactions in SAP, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates in the system.
Coordinate with the Production and Planning teams to prepare and deliver material orders as per requirements.
Create and update the list of pending packing material orders, and follow up with vendors/suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
Maintain optimal stock levels by tracking inventory, initiating reorders, and managing overstock situations effectively.
Ensure the timely availability of packing materials to support uninterrupted production operations.
Provide on-the-job training to co-workers and supervisors on labeling procedures, stock maintenance, and timely material issuance.
Perform daily physical stock counts and reconcile with SAP inventory records to maintain stock accuracy and hygiene.
Prepare and submit monthly stock and SAP-generated reports to Head Office for review and record-keeping.
Support in maintaining accurate accounting entries in SAP for material inflow/outflow and vendor payments.
