Travenso Travel LLP is a fast-growing travel services company, delivering seamless corporate and leisure travel experiences. As we scale, we’re looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to strengthen our finance and compliance function.

What you’ll do

• Maintain day-to-day accounting (entries, reconciliations, petty cash, accounts payable/receivable).
• Prepare GST/TDS workings, invoices, receipts, and vendor/client payments.
• Assist in payroll processing, reimbursements, and statutory compliance.
• Coordinate with banks for transactions, statements, and reconciliations.
• Maintain financial trackers, MIS reports, and assist in monthly/quarterly closing.
• Support management with budgeting, expense monitoring, and audit preparation.

Must-have skills

• Strong knowledge of

  accounting principles,

  GST Filling,

  TDS, Indian taxation

  and MS Excel.

• Familiarity with Zoho Books or similar accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Professional email/phone etiquette.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in travel agency/service industry accounts.
• Knowledge of Zoho Books invoicing tools.
• Familiarity with LLP accounting, e-invoicing, or payroll systems.
