Visa Operations Executive (Full-time)

What you’ll do

• Handle end-to-end visa files: checklist creation, document vetting, form filling (e.g.,

  DS-160

  , Schengen forms), appointment booking, and VAC coordination (

  VFS Global/BLS

  ).
• Prepare cover letters/NOCs/affidavits, arrange travel insurance, flight & hotel itineraries.
• Manage submissions/collections, track application status, maintain

  MIS/trackers

  , and meet

  TAT/SLAs

  .
• Stay updated on consulate & VAC guidelines; ensure data privacy and compliance.
• Coordinate with sales/ops/finance for quotes, invoicing, and receipts.

Must-have skills

• Strong attention to detail and written/verbal communication.
• Proficiency in

  MS Excel/Word

  and professional email/phone etiquette.
• Basic understanding of

  Schengen/UK/US/Canada/UAE

  visa processes (or strong willingness to learn fast).
• Comfort with online portals (VFS Global/BLS/government e-visa sites).

Nice to have

• Prior TMC/visa facilitation experience.

• IATA/UFTAA

  or Travel & Tourism diploma; knowledge of FRRO/e-Visa/OK-to-Board; basic GDS exposure.
