Job Description

You will be working as an Accounts Executive at Finsurge, a dynamic financial services firm dedicated to providing exceptional value to clients through innovative solutions and comprehensive financial strategies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Maintain accurate financial records, including journals, ledgers, and bank statements. - Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. - Conduct reconciliations of accounts and resolve discrepancies. - Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal controls. - Support the auditing process by providing necessary documentation and explanations. - Collaborate with other departments to gather and analyze financial information. - Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities. **Qualifications:** - Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting or finance. - Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word). - Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Good communication and interpersonal skills.
