Accounts Executive (Female)

Job Description

We are seeking a female accountant to join our school’s administrative team. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting and a good understanding of basic financial principles. This role requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing the day-to-day financial operations of a school environment. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate records of all school financial transactions Manage fee collection, issue receipts, and maintain student fee records Prepare and manage budgets in coordination with the school administration Handle petty cash, payroll, and vendor payments Reconcile bank statements and manage daily cash flow Assist in preparing reports for audits and inspections Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and school policies Coordinate with parents regarding fee-related queries or dues Requirements: Minimum 1–2 years of accounting experience, preferably in an educational institution Sound knowledge of basic accounting and bookkeeping practices Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, MS Excel) Strong numerical and organizational skills Good communication skills for liaising with parents, staff, and vendors Graduate in Commerce or related field (B.Com preferred) Female candidates only What We Offer: A professional and supportive work environment Competitive salary based on experience Opportunities for growth within the school administration A chance to contribute to the smooth running of an educational institution Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Morning shift Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
