Teaching Assistant/Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for working with young children and a commitment to providing a high-quality early childhood education experience. As a Preschool Teacher, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a developmentally appropriate curriculum, fostering positive relationships with children and parents, and contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment. Responsibilities : Plan, prepare, and implement engaging lesson plans that are developmentally appropriate for young children (ages 3-5). Create a positive and supportive classroom environment where children feel safe, valued, and motivated to learn. Use a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities. Develop and maintain strong communication with parents regarding children’s progress and needs. Monitor and assess children’s growth and development, documenting milestones and concerns. Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and safety standards. Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure the success of each child. Provide individualized attention and support to children as needed. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred) or equivalent experience. Valid teaching certification or licensure (if required by state). At least [1-2] years of experience working with young children (preferred). Strong understanding of child development principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with children. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
