ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE CUM TALENT ACQUISITION

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Account cum HR Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate accounting records, and providing HR support to the organization. Accounting: 1. Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger. 2. Process and record financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and journal entries. 3. Prepare and submit financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and budget variance reports. 4. Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data. HR: 1. Provide HR support to employees and management, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. 2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and benefits information. 3. Assist with benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits. 4. Support employee engagement and retention initiatives. Additional Responsibilities: 1. Perform administrative tasks, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors. 2. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. 3. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, HR, or related field. 2. Proven experience in accounting and HR roles. 3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and HR practices. 4. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. 5. Proficiency in accounting software and HR systems.
