Accounts Executive

Industry: Real Estate / Construction Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our Accounts team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in accounting, a solid understanding of Tally and accounting software, and the ability to manage accounts across multiple projects. Key Responsibilities: * Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally and Companys software. * Handle accounts for multiple projects simultaneously. * Prepare and manage GST returns, TDS returns, and payment filings. * Ensure timely vendor payments, invoice processing, and bank reconciliations. * Support internal and statutory audits by preparing required data and documents. * Assist the auditor during audits and ensure compliance with audit requirements. * Maintain proper documentation and filing for all accounting transactions. Required Skills: * Proficiency in Tally ERP and familiarity with custom company software. * Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Ability to multitask and manage deadlines. * Good communication skills and a team player mindset. Education Qualification: * B.Com / M.Com / Any equivalent degree in Finance or Accounting.
