Industry: Real Estate / Construction Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our Accounts team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in accounting, a solid understanding of Tally and accounting software, and the ability to manage accounts across multiple projects. Key Responsibilities: * Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally and Companys software. * Handle accounts for multiple projects simultaneously. * Prepare and manage GST returns, TDS returns, and payment filings. * Ensure timely vendor payments, invoice processing, and bank reconciliations. * Support internal and statutory audits by preparing required data and documents. * Assist the auditor during audits and ensure compliance with audit requirements. * Maintain proper documentation and filing for all accounting transactions. Required Skills: * Proficiency in Tally ERP and familiarity with custom company software. * Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Ability to multitask and manage deadlines. * Good communication skills and a team player mindset. Education Qualification: * B.Com / M.Com / Any equivalent degree in Finance or Accounting. Job Title: Pre-Sales Executive – Real Estate Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming inquiries from prospective clients via calls, emails, and digital platforms Proactively follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and other channels Engage with customers to understand their requirements and provide accurate information about projects, pricing, and amenities Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of prospects Maintain and update the lead management system (CRM) with timely and accurate data entry Share project brochures, price sheets, and other materials with clients as needed Regularly follow up to nurture leads and convert them into qualified prospects Achieve monthly targets for qualified appointments and follow-ups Support the sales team with documentation and customer communication as required Key Skills & Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confident in telecalling and handling customer queries professionally Good knowledge of real estate terminology and sales process Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Ability to work under targets and timelines Strong follow-up and customer service orientation Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (preferred) Preferred Profile: Minimum 1 year of experience in pre-sales/lead management/telecalling in the real estate industry Candidates with experience handling residential or commercial property leads will be given preference Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Application Question(s): Can you join immediately ?
