Job Title: Accounts Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and motivated Accounts Executive to support our finance team in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have a foundational background in finance or accounting and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily accounting tasks including data entry, ledger maintenance, and record-keeping.
• Update and maintain financial records in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Assist in reconciling bank statements and reviewing financial discrepancies.
• Contribute to the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Provide administrative support to the accounts department, including filing, documentation, and correspondence.
• Monitor and manage petty cash transactions with proper documentation.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary financial data.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of financial information and ensure compliance with financial protocols.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in accounting or finance.
• Bachelor’s degree in BCom / MCom, or CA Inter qualification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Tally accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic finance team.

Experience:

• Auditing: 1 year (Preferred)
